Record-triggered and scheduled Flows, Apex support, permissions, release updates

Payment reminders that send themselves

One of the automations I build: Certinia, Salesforce Flow, and Conga Composer working together, so overdue invoices are followed up on time, every time, without anyone writing letters by hand.

  1. A scheduled Flow checks open sales invoices against their due dates.Flow
  2. Each overdue customer moves to the right reminder stage for how late they are.Accounting
  3. Conga builds a branded reminder with a statement of account attached.Conga Composer
  4. The reminder is emailed to the billing contact and logged on the account.Salesforce
  5. Finance sees every reminder and escalation in their dashboard.Reporting

Example schedule, configured per client

+7days overdue

Friendly reminder

Polite nudge with the invoice and payment details.

+21days overdue

Second reminder

Firmer wording with the full statement of account.

+45days overdue

Final notice

Formal notice, copied to the account owner.

Then a task for the account owner to call the customer

What your CFO sees at month-end

A setup is only finished when finance can see it working. I build the reports and dashboards your finance leaders use to run the close, chase cash, and trust revenue.

  • Close progress by task and owner
  • Billed versus recognised revenue
  • Receivables ageing and reminder status
  • Inventory value and project margin

End-to-end flows, connected

Certinia works best when each module hands off cleanly to the next. These are the core flows I design, fix, and automate, with the module responsible at each step.

Contract roles

A senior consultant for your project or delivery team.

From the shop floor to the ledger

Before I implemented Certinia, I ran the business side of a manufacturing company for nearly twenty years.

From 2000 to 2019, purchasing, inventory, production, invoicing, and cash were my daily work as a business manager. For the past seven years I've brought that experience to Salesforce and Certinia implementations, which is why I design systems around how a business really runs, not just how the software is configured.

When you work with Aventix, you work with me directly, from the first workshop through hypercare and beyond.

Common questions

Are you available for contract roles?

Yes. I take on project contracts and longer-term roles, directly with companies or through partners and recruiters. Mention your start date in the form and I'll confirm availability.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I've delivered projects for clients in the US, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. On-site workshops and go-live support can be arranged.

What does hypercare include?

Close support straight after go-live: fixing issues quickly, helping users through their first transactions, and supporting the first month-end closes until things run smoothly.

Can you work on a setup someone else built?

Yes, and it's common work for me. I learn how the org is configured today, then fix or extend it without breaking what already works.

Can you work under our brand as a partner?

Yes. Your methodology, your tools, and your client relationship.

How do you charge?

Projects can be fixed scope or time-based, and ongoing support runs monthly. After our first call, you'll get a clear written proposal.
